WAYYYY to harsh on my lungs...ended up smoking cigarettes for a while longer and eventually moved on to electronic cigarettes.

so I don't know what I was sent... but it literally looks like balls of dust. im positive that's what it is too. do not get this product, it arrived late for me and the "imphepho" is a waste of money too.

I have been looking for a substitute for tobacco
... this herb is alright if you are trying to replace tobacco. There is not much of a stimulate effect as nicotine, but it does help calm you and reduce anxiety brought about from quitting smoking or anxiety in general.
