what is the difference between this the the blackwing eleven dollar sharpener?

I don't own the $11 sharpener so I can't tell you why it costs less than the $23 model, and, the pictures in Amazon don't show the mechanism itself - perhaps if I could see it I could compare it to the expensive one I bought. The $23 model comes with 2 spare blades;

Did anyone receive the wrong sharpener? I’ve tried 2 in a week, I keep getting sent a different cheaper version not long-tip, this is my last seller.

I searched for the company's address to report that the cover broke off, cheap construction for a costly hand sharpener - The address is in Coney Island NY and you guessed it: the envelope came back as "Undeliverable." there is something fishy about this retailer!!

What's the difference between the standard and the limited edition they look exactly the same

absolutely no idea on what makes Limited Edition different than the Standard. I love this sharpener, but idea what difference a limited edition would make?
