Great way to sleep with no morning "hangover"
Initially, I bought Solgar Advanced Sleep Support Probiotic for travelling overseas, but they've become a staple for both my wife and I on nights we can't get to sleep. We even take them on odd mornings when we wake up early and can't go back to sleep. They leave you refreshed upon awaking and are comparable to the much higher priced (and more advertised brand whose name I shalt not mention).Having the probiotic with the sleeping pill is the perfect match for travelling -- especially to different time zones as your body schedule gets all messed up. The probiotics helps your intestines remember to "wake up" when you do.

I purchased this mainly because of the GABA and probiotic. I’m not a fan of taking melatonin, but yeah, this product works. I would recommend it. Take it early enough before bed for quality sleep. Let the supplement do its job, it’s very effective.

It does the opposite
It wires you out. I have tried other gaba products and they do work but this one is absolutely the worst one I've tried. No sleep, restless, anxiety. Total waste of money. I hate I can't give it a big fat ZERO rating. Took it exactly per instructions. These ruthless products should be taken off the market.
