The material of the metal frame is a little thin and the locking mechanisms that hold the back into the frame are slightly too long! Therefore it would be easy to bend/buckle the frame if you're not careful putting together once your record is in place. The frame is made of dust coated metal though and once the album is in place all becomes quite sturdy. The front panel is perspex and has a peal off protective film on both sides that are easy to remove. No fixings are supplied with the frame, but a small nail in the wall is all that is needed as the whole thing weighs almost nothing! It does look rather good on the wall as the frame is narrow and does not overpower the contents.

These are great value lightweight frames to display your favourite album covers in. Just a plain black narrow frame which means your eyes are drawn to the artwork and not the frame. They might seem a bit flimsy at first but once you've got your cover clipped in everything is firmly held in place and you can hang them on wall with a small nail/panel pin. Just remember to remove the very thin protective plastic from both sides of Perspex. I could understand buying more solid, elegant and expensive frames if you are maybe having just one or two covers on display (e.g. due to lack of space) but if you are planning to cover large areas with them (I've started with one small corner for now 🙂) then £10 each is an affordable option. Highly recommended

Pretty flimsy and cheap built compared to the ones i had previously from HMV which had broad wooden frames and hard centre.Its capable and its on the wall, what can i tell you? Id personally go and hunt for more sturdy and strongly built units if you want that precious vinyl looking good on the wall.3 stars fits it perfectly. Make of that what you will.

Does the job perfect size happy with product

Pretty good for the price, have adequate spacing for a record with its cover on. The panel's thickness and overall sturdiness is a small compromise, but assembled they are solid and lightweight. Don't forget to get the protective film off from both sides!

Came quickly and was well packaged. Used it to display and album I bought as a gift. Fits both the album on its own, or as I presented it with the entire cover and album enclosed. Great for the price although you can tell it's not of a high quality it does its job well!

This item is extremely poor quality and a pure con. The description says metal but the whole thing is made of plastic. The comments say that the it contains glass perspex, it is blatantly clear the the item used to be perspex but once the seller archived "amazons choice" status they switched from perspex to a cheap and flimsy plastic film as this is obviously much cheaper. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!

Used this for some artwork to go on the wall, great price for what it is, very sturdy although I find the perspex glass scratches very easily hence 3 stars - be careful with it and it'll be great though!
