PlayStation Sony DualSense Edge Wireless Controller - White (Renewed)

I bought this controller for my grandson. I say to him. “How does the controller work because I need to give a review.” “It’s working and clear,” he responded. So, that’s great! I bought the controller at an economical price. The only downside is that I was promised the controller on one day, but got it three days later not next day even though I have prime. Additionally, to give a thumbs up.👍 It came with all the parts, including the charger cord, but not to charge plug. I am satisfied because he’s satisfied.

Excitedly ordered this controller for my wife as one of hers just died and she was interested in gyro, but failed to notice that this was a refurbished controller. No bigs, there’s been plenty of times where I’ve purchased something used and it was still more than in working condition. When it arrived, it was in a USPS mailer envelope with a white usb-c cord, and nothing else. Also no bigs- we can google whatever we need to know for setup etc. My wife noticed it was kind of grody looking, which we also tried to ignore because if it works, it’s super easy to clean/sterilize a controller. But it didn’t work. The usb-c port on the controller was wiggly as hell which meant it kept disconnecting while plugged into her pc ((how she would primarily be using this controller)). After a quick googling we find that this is a common issue with these controllers, so we figured it would be safer to return this, eat the return charge, and purchase one from a local store so returns would be easier. This controller should NOT have been shipped out, but it seems either it slipped through inspection or wasn’t inspected for issues at all, so heads up.

My girl loved her controller refurbished at that. It works just fine once connected to my system, few scuffs marks but nothing too out of hand. Wish they sold this in orange

The controller arrived in excellent condition and works like new. The customizable buttons and triggers make a big difference, especially for competitive gaming. Battery life is solid and it feels very comfortable in hand. Definitely worth it, even as a refurbished item

So far, so good. Albeit, it came assembled weird. As first I assumed the right stick was broken as I felt a crack when rotated the stick around. Any issue at all with a controller this expensive is unacceptable so I considered reporting this and getting it replaced, however I realized that the black plating around the sticks was not clipped on right at all, and after taking it off then putting it back on right, it was totally fine. The crack was still there though in the right stick, so I realized that the rubber nub on it was put on upside down, leading to the issue there. Other than how badly it was assembled, it's perfect, clean, and basically brand new. Works amazing, I love it. The quality is incredible, the controller feels great to play with. I especially appreciate the back buttons you can map, and what's cooler is that Playstation has an app for PC that allows you to configure the buttons in any way you want into profiles, and switching profiles is seamless and only takes two simultaneously button presses. Depending on the game, I switch the profiles to suit my needs with the buttons on the back, it's very convenient.

Pésimo control! Compré uno porque era n1 en reacondicionado y vaya sorpresa que tuve, no funciona bien, del menú no pasa, entro a un juego y no funciona ninguna tecla, además vino rayado las teclas, muy malo, no recomiendo para nada y ahora que tengo que regresarlo desde Ecuador a USA es un problema más ! Y para rematar es de primera generación
