silent and stylish
This is a replacement for an old style existing vent axia in the bathroom. The old one was with an open grill and this collected the dust very badly. These new vents have a cover that diffuses the air along the line of the ceiling and does not show as much. Very good idea and very smart looking.

Vent Axia VASF100T
Nice extractor fan, but it was a replacement for my 3 year old fan that packed up, so my install was only a 15 min job. This fan is a replacement of a replacement as the replacement was delivered completely broken!! make sense?? Can't say that I would agree with it being "silent" it can be heard easily enough, but it isn't loud which is good when it's the middle of the night..

Very quiet, great little bathroom extractor!
Bought this extractor fan recently to replace a much noisier one in my bathroom.This fan does what is says and is REALLY QUIET. Sometimes I barely notice it has come on.It was pretty easy to install, took less than an hour (replacing an existing one).Only tricky bit was the shutter would open but that was because my ducting was in the way.Great little fan overall!

Quiet, easy to install, looks neat - highly recommend
Bought this to replace a Vent Axia fan that had become increasingly noisy.This fan is very easy to install, this the same hole as the old fan plus the grill cover thing makes it look a lot nicer.

For a fan that is supposed to be silent, it isn't actually that quiet, but it works
This had a "quiet mark" review or something elsewhere, so I bought it thinking it would be silent, paid a little more than the other brands for this reason.I guess it is sort of quiet, but it is still an irritating sound to hear in the background. It is just a working bathroom fan really.But maybe the noise is all about the quality of the duct that it blows into.

Unit failed after 1 year of usage.
Unit failed after a year of usage. I inspected the circuit board and found that the varistor was dry soldered and had fallen out (part number is CNR 070471K (Metal Oxide Varistors).

Quiet but...
Like for like replacement for unit fitted when we had a small shower room. Has two speed settings. On the lower it's very quiet however it does struggle to extract the air at a sufficient rate.
