Worth the price
Dalstrong continues to show me the best quality, sharpness, and amazing appearance of their kitchen knives. They are priced well for their amazing performance.

Really nice kitchen knife .
This is a razor sharp, high end knife. Use caution as it is VERY sharp. Great look and well made. Top shelf

Not easy to hold
I didn’t like the way this knife felt in my hand. Just wasn’t comfortable and easy to use.

Great grip and double bevel for the win!
This is my second Dalstrong knife in the Ronin series and I absolute love it. This knife feels great in my hands, the the blade is ultra sharp and the knife has great balance. I'm confident this will quickly become one of my favorite kitchen knives! I highly recommend this knife!

Solid knife but no where near worth the price tag
It's HEAVY. Much much heavier than I expected. Has absolutely no bend, and it's not a full tang. Has it been my solid powerhouse for the past couple weeks? Yeah. Is that because I don't care if my cooks drop it by accident or use it without permission? Yeah... I probably won't be buying from this company again, at least for a while till they fine tune their craft.

Made 17 slices from a grape tomato
I’m not a pro when it comes to knives. But I like a knife that cuts well and feels good in my hand. This satisfies both of my criteria.I decided to create my own “grape tomato slicing test”: how many slices can I make from one of those tiny grape tomatoes? I got 17 thin clean slices. No mangling. Just 17 nice round tomato slices. I imagine someone more skilled with a knife could get even more, but to me it was impressive. My other knives have a have a difficult time cutting without crushing. The handle may be off-putting for some: it’s an octagonal handle. It’s the only knife I own with that shape. But I find it comfortable, and I quickly got used to it.It comes with a nice wood sheath to protect it when not in use. And you’ll want to protect it: it’s rather costly for a knife (at least by my standards) and so you are not going to want it getting bumped around with a bunch of other knives. All in all, a lovely little knife that slices cleanly. I’m a fan.

Good knife but...
Everything is good only this wrong with it is the tang is lose from the handle. When you shake the knife it moves which is not a good thing
