This thing is Legit!
My husband bought this for me due to chronic shoulder pain and my constant use of a tens unit while I was at work. I was always struggling with wires and keeping it out if the way and discreet. This showed up as an early birthday present and I wasn't expecting much, but it is legitimately a great tens unit. The app is great as well cause I can carry the tens in a small compact earbud case in my purse and have it when I need it. My husband used it for his shoulder pain from a past rotator cuff tear and ordered another one for himself after using it. This tens unit is a game changer for people in pain that just want relief without drugs or judgemental stares from other people wondering what you have going on! HIGHLY RECOMENDED! 6☆s

It works great.
CONS: 1. The battery life is a concern. Even after charging it to full capacity the unit will most likely not last a full 8 hours. 2. The charging port cover is soft and difficult to "pry up", thus exposing the charging port. I recommend just removing it and throwing the cover away. 3. The unit could come with more adhesive pads as it only comes with four. 4. The unit has two electrolodes, I wish it came with four like most wired units. PROS: 1. The numerous strength settings and ability to either use the TENS function, EMS, or Massage is a great feature. 2. Fair price. 3. Wireless and remoteless operation-if you download the app. 4. It works for pain relief. It won't remove all pain symptoms, but it will take the edge off, allowing you to function. 5. The user manual and troubleshooting manual are easily accessible through the app. 6. Easy to use.

Dysmenorrhea (period cramps)
So I have primary dysmenorrhea. Since going off birth control my pain has been a 100/10. I'm talking the emergency room every month for pain control and vomiting. Unable to walk, talk, breathe type of period pain. I looked at Ovria but its just a overpriced tens unit. This tens unit was most helpful on my back for my back cramps. I have alot of saggy skin on my tummy so I couldn't find the perfect spot. On the plus side, all my wrinkly skin meant I could kinda aim the electrical signal right where the pain was. I had to push them down to get relief. I kept these stickers on for almost a week.. yes there were days i didnt bathe bc i couldnt get out of bed, but they kept on sticking to me. Which was perfect once i found the correct placement. It's not a miracle worker. I'm not gonna tell yall I was jumping for joy like a Tampax commercial. It helped, it did not completely relieve pain. I used it along with aleve and a heating pad. This was the first month I didn't go to the er, I didn't throw up, but I still couldn't get out of bed. So.. if you have $$ to waste buy it and add it to your period bag of tricks to use every month. It might work well for someone with less severe pain but for me... well I'm still searching for a cure that's not birth control.

The manufacturer should be embarrassed! Do not bother! No troubleshooting guide? WTH?
Through no fault of the seller, unless it's a shell for the manufacturer, this is a complete waste of money! It works great for one use, but after that, a series of error messages pop up on the remote. Refer to the manual--NO! There is absolutely no information for how to fix this cheap thing, unless you contact the manufacturer's customer service. Twice, that would, but no joy there. For the first error I was given good information. The unit worked for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the second message E1, in case you are looking for others' misery to help, is allegedly that the pad part of the unit hasn't been charged. Nope--the charging light went from sick yellow to bright green, and still I have E1. Just don't waste your money.

Does not have an App for IOS/Apple
First, I really enjoy this tens machine. I developed a back injury that kept me awake all night without any relief and this was the only thing that seemed to help. My father had one I would borrow constantly, so I was excited to purchase my own to have whenever I need. It really works well! Alleviates pain instantly from a bulging disc I have. I was most frustrated by lack of customer service and misleading description. When you purchase the tens machine it comes with a slip that instructs you to download an app… that doesn’t exist. I reached out directly to their customer support and this was the response, “ Unfortunately, the mobile app for this unit is currently only available on Android Google Play store and is not available on IOS at this time. We advise the primary way on functioning the unit is through the provided remote. If your order was through Amazon or Walmart, they can still process a return for refund if you call their respective Customer Service lines, as online they may have issues with this process.” So if you have an andriod this could be a great option. Apple users beware. The remote works great, but definitely does not include the depth of functions that the app claims to have. The remote also has a very loud beep which my partner finds annoying. I hope the company realizes that it is engaging in false advertising by claiming an app for iOS and takes the time to market their product appropriately. They have a great product, but if you are purchasing with the intention of using an app on your iPhone, look somewhere else.
