Pretty good alt to pasta
You really have too cook this for a long time (min 20 minutes for me) but when softer, it’s good to have with a homemade sauce. I’m really happy with. I usually cook it with a carb free veg stock cube to add flavour.

The least successful of the Linea6 pasta range.
I've tried the fusilli, the penne and this. The ingredients are slightly different between the shapes and the rigatoni is the worst in terms of texture after cooking. Maybe I over cooked by a minute or so, but based on the other types I thought I'd done it OK. However, the rigatoni began to collapse and the texture was more like a dunked biscuit in parts. I wouldn't risk buying again. The fusilli was best but apparently no longer available in UK. The penne is also OK so I would recommend this in preference to the rigatoni.

As good as it gets!
Don't expect the real pasta experience, but for 2.5 carbs, this is the best you can get! It's very filling and if you're on strict Keto diet like me, you will appreciate it. Very pricy but I'll buy more as a treat for when I'm craving my Italian pasta.

Nope, don't bother
I bought this product as I was really missing pasta since going Keto to control my diabetes. Well, this isn't the product you're looking for if your a former pasta fiend like me. The texture is awful. it just doesn't soften at all, it falls apart on the fork. There's bamboo fibre in it which is not listed in the ingredients here and i think that's what ruins it. And it gave me indigestion.

This is a terrible pasta substitute, it stays hard and tastes like cardboard, there are much better out there that cost alot less

Discreto il rapporto qualità\prezzo, quelle di linea6 sono molto più care ma anche un tantino più buone. Non male pure queste!
