There are two reasons why the blockage indicator light will come on, the first is that the airway of the cyclone is clogged, and the second is that the filter is clogged with trash. Does this item include the main part, the fixed ring and the red sealing ring? i need all 3.

I'm not sure what you mean by " the main part ". It comes exactly as shown in the picture. There are 2 rings....red and grey....that are already inserted into the outer ring which has a screw opening. The entire assembly screws into the dust bin.
