Best kitchen purchase ever! This machine is friggin awesome. Whole family loves it, as do any dinner guests. The only thing that I didn't like about it is that it doesn't come with any salt or pepper. I didn't realize that and had to go buy some before I could use it. They should just send it with an amount of each to get you started.

This salt and pepper grinder is perfect. There is a button for each side on top. I go through pepper like crazy but the salt is only used a bit. It is easy to refill too.

worked for about 7 weeks, which apparently is 3 weeks longer than amazon will allow a return. support? sure, click the link to support, and the product company tells me that i didnt purchase from them, so they wont support it. is it an amazon problem? a manufacturer problem? as a consumer, should i have to chase this to find out? not sure, but spending 28$ on a s&p grinder, i expected more than a month and a half of it working. i dont have the budget to spend 952$ per year on salt and pepper dispensers though.updated may 12 - thru working with customer service they did a very nice job in making things right with the product. not yet sure what the experience will be with the replacement but i would commend them for working with me to help fix the situation

Loved this until I had to recharge it. The first time I recharged it, and it quit working. Before that, I would have rated it a five star. Due to the poor durability over time, I have to go the opposite way. Sadly, I ordered it for a gift so by the time it was unwrapped and quit working, it was past the return window. Horribly disappointed. I had high hopes.

Revised. Customer service was excellent. They sent out a replacement but not only replaced it but upgraded it to the rechargeable grinder that works wonderfullyI’m so disappointed. I had one of these and I cannot find the brand replacement. So here I am trying to find different ones on Amazon that can compete.I will say this one cannot compete Sucks through batteries and it loses its strength very quickly when trying to grind through peppercorns. The salt side does grind pretty easy and you can adjust your grind size.The one thing I can say that I love about these type of mills is the convenience of having fresh ground salt, pepper with one hand
