L'Oreal Color Infallible Eye Shadow Number 020, Pebble Grey 3.5 g

An interesting purchase. The eyeshadow is perfect - once I can access it. I complained about the first I was sent as, after removing the seller’s label, there was an unpleasant adhesive residue. Also the pot didn’t open properly. I was sent an immediate replacement free of charge with no sticky label. Sadly, this pot doesn’t open either. I’ve asked friends to open both and they’ve failed so it’s not just me. However, the eyeshadow can be accessed by unscrewing the bottom of the pot, so long as I’m careful not to let it drop out. 5 star product, 5 star service, 1 star for packaging.

My regular eyeshadow is now no longer on the market, and so having tried quite a few "blue" ones, [which turn out to be either grey or purple upon arrival], this was JUST WHAT I WANTED! Dark blue, which I use in the crease of my eyelid over a paler blue - perfection! In fact, I ordered another, and might just do so again, just to keep my stocks up, in case this is also taken away from the market place, and me!!!

The product came on time and in perfect condition. I bought this in blue. However from my experience of these eyeshadows - this is not the best shade as the quality was not as good. Don't be fooled by how beautiful it looks in its container. It is not as pigmented and it is patchy. Doesn't blend well and was a real disappointment. Please don't let this put you off other eyeshadows in this range because they are genuinely some of the best shadows whether highstreet or high end.

A bit messy. Not what I originally thought it would be. It is not in a solid block (which is what I usually buy). Colour is nice but not a quick process to apply.

Just a bit 'powdery', which I suppose is because it is a matt shadow. I have found that if I use a concealer under and less of the product, I do get the 'highlighting' effect of my upper eye area, without that dreaded shiny bling which is not good on older skin. However it does tend to 'go away' after a couple of hours and needs 'retouching'

Really like this eye shadow. comes in a neat little box which is easy to open and close . Product goes on well and lasts well too. Thank you.

The shade isn't to my taste but I love everything else! The tub is so sweet the bit you see here is the lid!! It has a little round thingie that it sits on and it looks so sweet.The shade "Burning Black" is as I assumed not black at all! It's a purplish brown. It looks awesome its very gothic but i don't think i'll repurchase this shade. I will comment later on how long it lasts. I wish they made a jet black shade as the price is unbeatable but ima have to reorder some in my shade! :(
