Can you get a music stand for this keyboard

I wish people would read the question properly. Yes! you can get a specific music stand or "rest" as some people call it, designed for this keyboard. Amazon doesn't seem to stock it but do a google search and other suppliers turn up :-)

To connect to an amplifier, what size is the jack output on the rear of the keyboard?

There are a number ways to connect to an amplifier, you will need the correct cable matched to the keyboard and the amplifier. The keyboard output socket is a 3.5mm stereo jack socket so you will need a 3.5mm mini stereo jack plug on one end of the cable. on the other end you will need (if the amplifier you are using is mono) a 6.3mm 1/4 inch mono jack plug. But if the amplifier is stereo you can use the same cable and plug it into the left channel of the amp and get mono output or use a 3.5mm mini stereo jack cable with a pair of 6.3mm mono jack plugs which are wired to split the stereo signal into left and right channels so your amplifier plays stereo. I know this may sound complicated, but it is not, it just needs a little thought and there are many ways to achieve this using different cables and adaptors.

Can you make your own loops before organising them into a song.

No. You are stuck with Roland's loops

What cables do you need to connect this keyboard to an audio interface? I want to use this for playing and singing live online.

The Roland Go Keys is not really a professional keyboard, so doesn't have the usual line level or 1/4" (6.35mm) jack outputs. The only way to get audio out is via the headphone jack (3.5mm stereo) jack. You will need to set the keyboard volume at an appropriate level for your (analogue) interface. As this is a headphone jack the keyboard's onboard speakers will be disabled when you use it so you will also need to be able to monitor the audio from your interface if you want to hear what you are playing! The cable you require will be a stereo 3.5mm jack at one end going to the appropriate connector for your interface at the other end (as you haven't specified the type of interface you wish to connect to I can't advise on that).
