Modern touch and an easy install!
Swapped these underneath our standard drop ceiling tiles and what a difference it made! We took one of them to a local paint store and had them color match so we painted the grid before installing. It's very important to save your old tiles to lay on top of these so they don't bend if you have to cut them. Super easy to cut and ultra lightweight. Easily got LED lights in them after drilling small holes for the LEDs.Extremely high quality and well worth the cost!

Great budget option for drop ceiling tiles
Nice way to change the look of a drop ceiling. I love the practicality of being able to pop a tile out if I need to access HVAC, electrical, gas or water line etc, but not the most appealing in my opinion. This is a good option to spruce things up without breaking the budget. Last pic shows what basement looked like previous to installing these and the led wafer lights. I used construction adhesive to adhere the covers to the tiles. Cutting them when I needed to was kind of a pain, I just used a small amount of heat and cut slowly with metal shears.

Inexpensive way to get a cool look.
Inexpensive way to get this look. My hubby and a friend put this up. Simple cheap way to change the look of a room. Does not really have acoustic value which is what I wanted. Difficult to cut cleanly for size. Keeps popping off with double sided tape.

Great product for the price, totally worth it
Love how these turned out. Originally I wanted full panels as I didn't like the spacing every square with these, then I saw pictures in the reviews of someone alternating the direction of each square, and loved that idea. I will say they are not easy to cut, but easy to drill/poke holes in. I have part of my wall left to do since we need a mini table saw to cut them. They're too fragile for a regular saw, but too thick to cleanly cut without a saw. If it's something that can have a messy cut, like an outlet hole thay will get covered up, it's doable, but otherwise you need something else. Either way I wouldn't change it since they're really the perfect thickness to be light enough for mounting tape, and thick enough to look good. I did my entry way wall in a couple of hours independently, and for $180 it looks great (and we have some panels left over for somewhere else).

Hard to Use and Not Very Appealing
So, I bought several packs of these thinking I could make a nice entry way to my basement home theater. I thought they'd be an easy and neat way to create an interesting vibe as you went downstairs. I was sorely mistaken and this is my warning to others. So, these are very thin. I had trouble getting them straight and cutting them as a massive struggle. I had to buy double sided tape on the side and when it was all said and done...it was falling of the wall. It didn't look good. I thought about trying to cover it with some self adhesive wallpaper and even that was just going to be a pit of it's own. So I ended up removing them. Of course, half the wall got ripped off by the double sided tape. So, a lot of time, effort, wall spackle, paint, and money later, and the wall is back to normal...and I am still without my cool entry way. So, this was a few hundred bucks just flushed down the toilet. So, make sure you really think about this before getting into this project. There's a reason you're looking at this and not just buying paint like I should have done.

Inexpensive but effective!
Used these plastic panels for an accent wall in a spare bathroom and loved the result! They were a little trickier than anticipated to install, but only because our starting line wasn’t level and walls weren’t square! Find level each direction (mark them) and use those lines and your install will be a breeze! You use construction adhesive to put them up. Cutting them was also a little tricky - but possible with a knife and straight edge (and some patience). Loved the outcome and would recommend!
