It sucks.
It sucks as intended. Great replacement for the PowerSmith vacuum. Longer than the original that came with the vacuum so that’s cool.

Long hose, great replacement
The original hose for our ash vac broke - this was an exact replacement only longer which is excellent. The original host lasted many years and this should last many more. The extra length allows for easier cleaning without having to move the actual vacuum which makes cleaning our pellet stove much easier. Highly recommend this as a replacement if it fits your model ash vac.

Ash vac hose- keep the ends from original hose
Replacement hose for smith ash powervac. It’s longer than the original. The tubing is made of the same material as original; metal (inside) covered in plastic coating. **However** the plastic ends are not quite like the original. You can use the hose as is but** I simply swapped out the ends from the original hose.

Sturdy Construction and perfect length
I've been using PowerSmith ash vacuum for years. I purchased this 10' hose to give me the option of leaving the vacuum in one location and still be able to reach my pellet stove. The hose is well constructed, coils up easily and the extra length does not impact the quality or strength of the suction.

Flexible
The extra long length on this hose makes cleanup so much easier. No longer needing to lug the vacuum around at each stove cleaning. The hose has a nice flex to it making it easy to put away after use. A great upgrade compared to the short hose that was included with the vacuum.

Perfect size!. We needed this to clean our liner of chimney and it did it... it was the perfect length with the vacuum.. it will a great help in future cleanings..

Power smith makes a great product. I use it to clean my outdoor wood furnace.

The end where it connects to the vacuum cleaner broke in about 2 month. I got it all taped up for now. Aren’t these things supposed to last forever?
