Very vibrant, worth the money.
Really vibrant and very easy to use. We coloured in our driveway in light of the current virus circumstances.

Great for the kids. Wears down fast!
It's not cheap and the individual chalks wear down fast but they are big and easy to grip for small and big hands alike.Overall ok value for money.

Not as vibrant as the box.
Bought these so I could go and join in with a local chalk festival.I picked these over the cheaper ones that I usually buy at a local well known value store, as these had more colour choices and looked to be more vibrant than the cheap ones.I prepped the surface with a white tempura paint which should have given the chalk a decent surface to stick to and make the colours more vibrant however this wasn't the case.I struggled to get the chalk to stick at all. It was quite a rough surface but I found that the chalk crumbled a lot more than the cheap round sticks that my neighbours were using. It also had to be rubbed into the gaps with my finger to make it stick. And even then the colour looked pale and washed out. A lot of the colours were so similar that it was impossible to tell the difference. The ones in the illustration look Bold and bright but there were probably only 4 or 5 like that in the whole box, most were pale and pastel. Nothing at all like the vibrant colours in the advertised picture.I ended up using the free chalk paint that was provided by the organisers and a box of artists pastels to fill in the details. These weren't horrible and I'm sure they'd be fine fine for a bit of fun in the garden, but they certainly aren't bold or bright.

Expensive but okay
Works great outside but isn't so good on a chalk board. Also expensive for what it is. Lovely variety of colours.
