Do I need to insert one paper at a time? Has anyone used it with macbook? I installed driver twice but printer is not detected?

Yes, you do need to put the paper in one sheet at a time. My Macbook Pro FINALLY showed the Phomemo Icon next to the trashcan (bottom left). To try to force yours to appear. Move a PDF doc to desktop. Right click and move to Open With > Phomemo. It will pop open on the screen on your left. Once you get the icon to show itself, it stays, then you just have to open it from taskbar (turn on printer with button), then right click document itself, open with, and print.... It took me about 4 times to finally get it to work....Somewhat of a headache, but it works.

I cannot figure out how to print an Amazon return label using my Android phone. Can anyobe who figured it out provide step by step instructions?

Press and hold the power button, if you are red light, it needs charged, if it is a green solid lokght you are good to go. Open phone and turn BT ON Make sure you've DL the phomeo app and then open it, select connect to printer and scan QR code (then scan the QR code that is on the sticker on the printer (also you can put a paper in the printer and quick press 2xs for the printer to print the QR code) You will (or should then be connected) once connected, Select what kind of doc you're printing. Select resolution (I recommend starting with lightest) Should be able to print now . Do all this in the phomeo app or on a pc you will need to go to the site on the instruction book to dl the link to be able to print from pc

Chrome OS requires the Google Store plugin, which can be installed and opened for printing. Note: After successful installation of the driver, use the USB cable to connect the computer and printer, but the M08F must be turned on, (i.e.: the green light is always on)

Can you adjust the size of of an image before printing?
