Liberon VW250 250ml Verdigris Wax

I had a white resin statue which I undercoatrd with a grey Matt paint, then I sponged on the wax using a faux sea sponge. I then dry brushed and this gave the desired look.I found it easy to use, this is my first time using and I was not sure how to use, however it turned out much better than I was expecting.I used an old terracotta chimney pot for the plinth and quite tile to stand the statue on. I used to send method to cover these pieces and they turned out very well.

I bought this Verdigris in error as I should have bought a black colour for my daughter's casting of our hands. She was unsure of the result, but now says it looks ok. So all is well.

Very versatile Verdigris, such good stuff, I’m getting a bit carried away and putting it on all sorts of stuff, mush stop or the whole house will be green!!

As an interior designer and M.A I thought this would be an interesting wax for my french painted vintage doors, its pea green and a poor quality, it drags with brush or lint free application. I had to put a copper rubbing cream ovef it to sort out the shocking colour. I use maybe100 wax tubs a year and this is simply awful. Verdigris it is not.

I Upcycle furniture and love this wax, nice and easy to apply and smells not to overpowering

As with all Liberon products, they are first class, I use much of their gear in my woodturning and carving it gives me the results I am looking for. The supplier was fast and the price was just right

This product does what it says on the tin, but I was dismayed by the incredible toxicity of the product, not to mention the smell. As someone who loves fish and is lucky enough to live with several tanks of them I would be very nervous about using this anywhere near them, and that means I don't like the thought of this stuff ending up in the water course either. It's a shame because it is a good product apart from that. If the manufacturer could come up with an eco-friendly version I'd buy it like a shot and use it a lot.
