Q: Is there a reason why timer doesn’t work? It turns off after like 25 min

It has multiple times settings. When you click it on, press the button 4 more times for max time. Max time is approximately 3 hours.

Q: Can I select a single color for it to stay on consistently?

Once you turn it on, you will have to cycle through the colors to select the one you want. It will stay on that color until you turn it off.

Q: I love this diffuser, it looks great. But how to get the ceramic cover close tightly to the stable base?

For this question, just need to align the ceramic cover with a central vent hole, place the ceramic cover back and twist it slightly to make sure it's firm. When you’re ready to use your essential oil diffuser, make sure to follow the directions below. 1. Lift the ceramic cover of the diffuser 2. Plug into the power jack 3. Remove the plastic lid from the water tank 4. Add water to the water tank up to the maximum line of the diffuser 5. For fragrance, add a few drops of essential oil into the water 6. Place the plastic lid back 7. Align the ceramic cover with a central vent hole, place the ceramic cover back, and twist it slightly to make sure it's firm 8. Click the button and choose from different functions Then, oil diffusers will spread a fine mist to diffuse the aroma around your room.
