Worst watch ever
Absolute worst purchase. This so-called "watch" is a disaster from start to finish. Here’s my experience in painful detail after 6 months of frustration:It stopped working within 48 hours of purchase. After the hassle of getting it replaced, I was hopeful the second one would work. Big mistake. Here’s a list of its endless failures:Call feature is beyond useless. You literally can't hear a thing.Syncing with the phone is hit-or-miss at best.Battery backup is a joke – doesn’t last more than 24 hours, even without using the call feature.Charging it is a nightmare. Constantly have to replug and check if the "charging" notification actually shows up.Sometimes it displays "fully charged" the moment you plug it in—even if it was completely dead moments ago.Customer support is atrocious. Reaching out for help was worse than dealing with the watch's issues. They talk in circles and make you regret asking for assistance at all.Simple email responses take two days—if they bother replying.Replacement was denied, despite clear issues. They insisted it's "up to standard," claiming a 24-hour battery life is normal, even though it’s advertised to last 5 days without Bluetooth calling. Total nonsense.Bottom line: save your money and frustration—throw your money in the trash rather than buying this disgrace of a watch.
