Good quality product connected onto smartlife app easily. Good value for money, fixing screws are not ik spec so when you remove your old sicker keep the screws ro replace with this .will buy three more for air-conditioning units so a thumbs up from me

Switch worked great for 6 months but for past 3 months I've had to keep powering off & on the switch to get it to reconnect to WiFi and only remains connected for 30 mins, now has stopped connecting at all. Will now have to replac.

after an initial error on our side (we were even planning to return it - sorry our bad!) we realised the problem and it did work very well. We’re actually planning to buy a second one if it performs well in the next few days!

Great replacement for the manual switch, as it fully integrates with Alexa and I can tell Alexa to turn it on and then set a schedule to turn it off a couple of hours later.Rarely used to be honest, but when we do need it, its great to be able control and not to worry about whether you have left it on or not!

Works brilliantly with Immersion heaters and storage heaters.It took me a while to work out that it only works on 2.4GHz WiFi, so it's necessary to turn off the 5GHz WiFi during set up (it works fine when 5GHz is turned back on again after completion of set up). I have three, and purchased 4 more (we are an all electric house with storage heaters we rarely use since having heat pumps).I use them on the timer software provided to make use of cheap rate electricity. I can turn things on and off while away from home (heating turned on when driving home, immersion and heater turned on during free Octopus electricity periods).If the hot water needs a top up, I just tell Alexa to turn on the top immersion for 30 mins (or give Alexa a start time, then an end time - Alexa can't cope with one instruction for both, it has to be two instructions).They can sometimes 'drop out' if there's a short power cut (we have occasional power cuts where we live). I just turn them off at the fuse-board for a few minutes, and they reset on their own when turned back on again.They are a bit deep, so wont fit into a shallow back box, not a problem if replacing a surface mount, but if flush the choice is between chiseling out a new back box, or buying socket spacers - https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DBPCSZ4R?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Easy to fit and set up

The switch has screws that slot in under the switch, so they can't be seen. Nice touch, but the screw heads are too large for the slots. Currently I've had to hold it down with tape. Can't get hold of the seller. If the seller reads this, please get in touch

Arrived scratched and screws are completely the wrong size. Rubbish
