Doubled RAM on an older but gently used HP Pavilion gaming laptop. PC is much faster and more responsive, and increased gaming benchmark by 10%

Was exactly what I needed.
My son's college laptop suddenly wouldn't turn on but had power. After much googling and watching YouTube videos it seemed like bad ram or bios update issues. We needed both. I'm no technician, but changing out the ram was so simple and once it was replaced, it allowed me to do the bios update through a flashdrive and it's up and running. Well worth my time and efforts vs trying to come up with a new laptop for summer classes! Came in a case to keep it safe during shipment.
