Good product but couldn’t get it connected
Others I know highly recommend this product however I couldn’t get it to stay connected so had to return for a refund.

Disappointed
Very disappointed with my order and expected more from a huge brand like Sony. After hours of trying to connect, nothing worked. I followed all the instructions, made sure the grip wasn’t locked, connected the Bluetooth, made sure the battery was the right way and still nothing! I have sent my order back for a refund. I suspect this is because the button battery it comes with is dead but after spending £90 on this grip handle you would expect everything would come in working order. The ZV 1 is great but I’m not sure about this product.
