i love this. i add it to most of my drinks for work. just helps me not sit there snacking all day, which i COULD do but whatever. it mixes in and melts into warm or room temp drinks very easily, i just add it on top. with cold drinks it takes awhile, but it all does melt after awhile. doesnt really bother me, when it will i jsut add it to some warm water, then to my cold drink. other day i had a ice cold drink and dumped this in first. took like 30 minutes before it all melted in. not bad imo, better than staying clumpy. i def notice it taking the edge off when im getting hangry for a meal and not snacks. very happy with it and will rebuy it if the price stays good. i have no issues switches brands to whatever is cheaper, its all the same to me.
