Wilton Perfect Results Premium Non-Stick Bakeware Cookie Baking Sheets Set, 2-Piece, Steel

I have used these bake pans for over a year now (this is my 2nd set - I needed more). I have baked cookies on them, roasted vegetables on them, baked pizza on them and baked biscuits on them. And through it all these pans have been wonderful. They are nice and sturdy, not floppy and easily bent. Because of their dark color they do cook things a little faster but I have not had problem with it. I either take it out of the oven about 2-5 minutes early, or I turn the temperature down 25° and cook it 3-8 minutes longer. And clean up is a snap. They really are non stick. Occasionally I will put some cooking oil on a piece of paper towel and wipe the pans before I cook something but not always and I never, never use cooking spray on them - that is the one gunky thing that will not come off these pans. They are worth every penny and I most definitely recommend them.

These are great trays for using in the lab where I work. We have a variety of stations we use for our undergraduates who are taking lab courses, and these hold up well and clean nicely after use. The quality is great and they're pretty much scratch resistant unless you intentionally take a knife to them!

I recently bought a Wilton muffin pan and loved the heavy metal construction and slick surface, so I bought the Wilton 2-Piece Cookie Baking Sheets. They arrived in two days and were of the same durable construction. I just cooked (400 degrees) some standard orange rolls and it worked perfectly with no flexing or warping like some cookie sheets. I gave it light shot of Pam first, but I'll skip the Pam next time. The orange rolls slid like a hockey puck on ice! DOWNSIDE: The small cookie sheet is perfect for a small batch of goodies, but the big sheet is simply too big to fit in my standard oven. The metal end tabs extend too far. I fixed the issue by placing each end in a table vise and bending them upwards. This took about ten seconds and now the pan fits great. In fact, I quite like the upward tilt since it makes the big sheet easier to grip. But most folks don't have a handy vise for this simple modification, so I had to remove one star. Anyway, I love my new Wilton Perfect Results Non-Stick Cookie Sheets, but I had to remove one star for the oversized big sheet.

I bought a couple different sizes of these cookie sheets. They're excellent. I expect to have these for the rest of my life. They're thick enough so that they don't pop and warp in the oven when they first heat up... Cheaper quality pans do do this. UPDATE - Sometimes these do pop and warp (sometimes they don't), I'm finding out. But, I won't change my rating. They're still good pans. And they are a little thicker... When I say they pop/warp, it's just temporary, when they first heat up in the oven. It doesn't hurt anything and the pan goes back to normal when it cools down... I'll buy more of these, if I need them...

I had purchased Wilton sheet pans over 15 years ago and they finally looked like they had been miss-used enough. Which they were, and my own fault. These do not disappoint. If they pop a bit in a super hot oven, so be it. The only way around that is to purchase restaurant quality super heavy duty pans which do not have a non-stick coating and I am not willing to do that. Wilton is a good product.

These cookie sheets are the best! I use them for cookies with or without parchment paper lining the sheets. They NEVER stick. Cookies that I loved but avoided making due to extreme difficulty removing them from the cookie sheets are now a breeze to make with minimal clean-up. And, they never warp in the oven. I'd give these cookie sheets an A+ if it was possible. Well worth the money which I didn't feel was too much for such quality. Buy them! You won't be sorry you did!

Heavier and higher quality than the usual offering in a hardware store or supermarket. Totally non-stick! The cookies slid right off the surface, leaving nothing at all on the sheet. My only complaint is that the manufacturer should sell two of the same size together, not one large and one small. The smaller one is the typical size sold in most stores. Durability unknown, since I just bought it.

Lo compré porque quería hacer macarons en una sola charola, mi charola era mucho más pequeña, la verdad me sirvió muchísimo, también las uso para poner pan de muerto y básicamente cualquier cosa. Me encantaron.

Me gustaron mucho las charolas, tengo varios meses que las uso (siempre usando la alfombrilla anti adherente) para hacer galletas y no se me han deformado.
