Transforms my drawer - review includes stuck bracket solution.
These drawers have transformed my kitchen cupboard. Yes you lose a couple of inches around the drawer for fitting, but it’s made up for by the usability of the space. I can now see all my pans at the same time. No more shuffling everything around to get to the one at the back. You can also pile them up. The drawers feel really sturdy and I’m confident they’ll support the weight of all my pans.Fitting was a bit of a guess. There are no clear instructions which would have been much better. But it was really just common sense. The side brackets are adjustable to ensure a snug fit of the drawer width ways. These are adjusted by one screw. (Loosen the screw, pull out the bracket to the desired position then tighten.) Lots of users have commented that one screw was stuck so tight, they couldn’t undo it and they had to work around it or replace. I had the same problem with two brackets. However a couple of light taps with a hammer to the long edge of the bracket near the screw was enough to loosen it. (Try this before giving up - it works!)All in all really happy and I will purchase another set for a different drawer. I was going to drop one star for the lack of instructions but I couldn’t bring myself to.

Great quality, Easy to fix pull out metal shelves.
Excellent quality and smooth running ball bearings even after loading it with large bags of flour and sugar. Pulls out to full extension with no problem. Easily fitted. Shelves store a lot of goods. Good price. Delighted with these pull out shelves and have ordered 2 more. Highly recommended.

Very good product..but.....screws too tight
This was a sturdy, fit for purpose product, with easy glide runners, and appears to be the best of the pull out baskets on offer. There was one issue with it; that being that the screws that enabled the width to be adjusted to fit the cupboard were so tightly fixed that it was impossible to unscrew them. ,even with an electric screwdriver. The firm responded very quickly to my problem , and said that they would send replacement runners. However only one runner arrived instead of the 4 that were unusable (with the screws loosened a little), and that still left me with 3 unadjustable runners. I couldn't be bothered to get back in touch , as I needed the baskets to be installed. We had to pack out the sides of the cupboards to make the baskets fit, but the end result was perfectly acceptable, though awkward to do. This would be a simple problem to fix at the factory, by just leaving the adjustable screws a little bit loose (after all, we don't all have the industrial weight equipment needed to get them unscrewed).I had measured my cupboards very carefully , and the baskets would have been perfect with the slight adjustment that the screws should have given me. The response from the seller was very good , and courteous, and I'm sure that he did his best , but the factory didn't quite match up . I would however buy from this seller again , but would make sure that the parts were easily assembled.

Good Quality Baskets and Runners - rubbish fixing screws
Firstly they messed up the order and only sent one box - I am still waiting for the second box some three weeks later. Anyway I went ahead and installed the first two baskets. The baskets themselves are robust and good quality, as are the runners they supply. The fixing screws they supply are just complete rubbish though, soft as Plasticine and the cross-head is so small that my (good quality) screw driver just pops out and strips the screw head. Don't waste your time (and frustration) with these screws - just buy some decent "chipboard" screws that will drive into the cupboard sides. Installation is straightforward but it is fiddly to line up six screw holes on each side at the same height - I found it much easier to make a simple template (use card or thin wood) I made the length so I could just push it to the back of the cupboard and pencil mark through six holes all correctly spaced and aligned with the runner bracket holes. Installation Tip...... You need to slacken the side adjustment screws before you screw the rails to the cupboard. These rail units are clearly assembled by automated machinery and they have set the torque for inserting these adjustment screws far too high. You wont be able to undo them once the rails are mounted so do it before mounting the rails. I had to take one of my rails into the garage and hold it in a vice it was so tight, and even then the cross head of the screw stripped before it came undone. I ended up sawing the screw head off and using a replacement screw. I will buy again because I think they are basically good quality and good value. The poor fixing screw quality is an irritation and the over-tightened adjustment screw a bit of a problem but now I know the issues now and I am sure the next ones will go in more smoothly - If they arrive !

Not bad but could be improved
Slightly larger baskets would be nicer but they're still very useful. After installing and using these for a few days, I have noticed some issues. The brackets which hold the runners are prone to bending - they need to be stronger and/or have a fillet weld to strengthen them. The other issue is the baskets fit to the runners via the thinner middle rail, which also bends. It would work much better if they were suspended from the top rail which is much thicker and stronger. It becomes an issue when you have a basket installed above a fixed shelf. It needs to be installed with a decent gap to stop the bottom of the basket rubbing on the shelf as everything bends once it is loaded.
