Excellent camera
Love this camera, wish I had bought it sooner

Great camera and super easy to use
I have only gotten to use it once so far, I'm not the busiest photographer but with the one shoot I did I am in love with this camera. I upgraded from a rebel sl1 and while some of my favorite photos came from that camera, it wasn't fast enough for conventions. This camera is so small and light and so fast. It's incredibly easy to use and I cannot wait to see how far I can push it. I love I can send photos over wifi. The quality of the photos? Phenomenal, even when pushing the ISO. It was worth every penny.

R8 is the best out-of-the-box full-frame webcam.
You just go into the config and choose streaming. Then it’s a USB webcam without any need for an app. Tho you should get a power adapter. As a still camera, it’s a great second-body to go with your R6 mk ii. (If only they used the same batteries.) It’s super lightweight, and still has EVF.

Sharp shooter
Coming from a canon rp im loving the quality of my videos im still learning it but its so similar to the rp it won't take long. In photography your equipment is only as good as you! Master what you have and grow into something more advanced

Amazing!
Been using panasonic s5iis for a while now and I wanted to get an R8 to compare and use in my wedding videos. So far I used it once yesterday at a video session. Paired the r8 with an adapter and Canon ef 50mm f1.4. Video and Af performance is so good with the r8. AF performance is much better than the s5ii while using the canon ef lens. Overall I loved using the r8 and will be keeping it!

Dust on Sensor
The refurbished camera I received was in perfect condition, or so I thought. It took me a few days until I had taken some pictures that included stopped down photos including a cloudy sky and I noticed a large dust spot on the sensor in the images. When I imported the photos and looked at 100% there were suddenly several more less apparent spots as well that would be a nightmare to edit out in post. I ordered a sensor cleaning kit because my backup camera needs its sensor cleaned as well, but depending on how the cleaning goes I might have to return the camera.
