Simone Ortega ha enseñado a cocinar a España entera y ahora a parte del extranjero! Tenía que hacer un regalo para una amiga extranjera de habla inglesa que visitó nuestro país y que le gusta mucho cocinar. Me decidí por este libro porque yo personalmente soy una entusiastra de las "1080 recetas" de Simone Ortega y al ver que éste estaba escrito por ella y su hija me dio mucha garantía de que las recetas iban a estar bien. No todas las recetas del libro son de platos tradicionales españoles, pero sí están los highlights como la paella o la tortilla de patatas. La edición además es fabulosa porque cada receta está acompañada de su correspondiente fotografía, haciéndolo muy atractivo.

Bien explicado. Típicas recetas españolas que encantan a los que vienen a visitarnos y que echan de menos nuestra gastronomía.

Las recetas son sencillas .Las fotos no me gustan demasiado.

Buenas fotos y presentación del libro pero se echan a faltar recetas importantes de nuestra cocina y otras no son nada representativas de nuestra cocina al menos para mi.
