For this price, it’s the best thing you can buy. It lights on the first try, the flame is easy to control, and it’s very comfortable to use. It’s perfect!

Don't waste your time or money on this product!
This torch is not made for everyday professional use!!!! In order to boil water out of pipes, you have to turn it all the way up. A good torch tip will not glow red at every volume. This cheap made tip will melt, just a matter of when. Mine didn't last a week, three uses in fact. I'm a Plumbing contractor with 25 years of experience, and I've never seen a worse tip ever! My last torch lasted almost 15 years. Also, the locking button is nice once the torch is on, but instead of pushing the button again to turn the flame off you have to turn the volume dial to stop the flame. Don't waste your time or money.

Wont ignite after minimal use
I use this for about 20min a day on the lowest fire output possible- barely a flame. I really love it, but a piece fell out of the torch tip and it won't ignite anymore. I have tried to reinstall the small metal turbine thing into the removable torch tip, and flipped it over, to no avail. I have tried replacing the tip with another to no avail. Removing the tip, I can see that the ignitor has a tiny spark but doesn't seem to be enough to ignite. I'm now outside of the return window and super disappointed as this was not a cheap item. If I had used this hard for its true intention, it would have failed within a day.
