Best value
Really happy with this purchase, it comes with the oculink cable and wifi slot to oculink connector but I bought another one with extender through the nvme slot. Much better than the noisy overpriced Aoostar. The build is combined with RTX 5070 and Corsair RM750e modular PSU for a clean build. Zero noise build, the fan only goes up if temperature passes 50 degrees Celsius. The GPU is turn on and off according to the laptop power state. Plug in, Power up, Install latest Nvidia Driver, Gigabyte control center, code 43 script. I write low level CUDA for a living, so here’s some extra info: - nvidia-smi shows 2 GPUs (my original laptop GPU rtx 3050Ti and this one) - 2 GPUs can communicate through PCIe, I tested a NCCL code for vector addition on 2 GPUs and it worked. - CUDA Code can compile with sm_120, and run no problem. Pytorch recognizes 2 GPUs and set the 5070 as GPU 0. Nsight compute works with debugging and uses 5070 if the code is compiled with sm_120.

Great M2 to Occulink expansion option
To avoid any confusion I received the full package of M2-Occulink adaptor, Occulink cable and PCI-E to Occulink board (I noted some confusion in other reviews over what was expected vs received). This is working exactly as expected with my 6800H based mini PC and ARC A750, ReBar is even enabled(!). I had to get a little M2 extender / adaptor for my build but if you have a spare 2230 slot this is perfectly compatible. Great value for money as long as you don't mind a bit of "jank" in the overall setup.

Suprising upgrade from thunderbolt
Decided to try this in place of my thunderbolt 4 connection, I was blown away by the performance increase! AVG 30-40 FPS increase with my Arc B580 and all my in-game stutters were gone. If you have a spare M.2 SSD bay I highly recommend using this, paired with a cheap 500w power supply and my mini pc it makes for a great way to play games. Specs: Ryzen 7 6800u 32gb ram 1tb M.2 SSD External Intel arc B580 graphics

Works well with no issues.
I was surprised how well this work with my gpu connected to my PI. Well worth the money.

Works good with a Dell Micro 30X0
Dell 3070 Micro MFF now has an RTX 3050 thanks to this and an ITX PSU, Works fine. I used a 2x sata to one 8-pin converter for the very small additional power needed by the GPU.

Works with Dell Optiplex 3070 micro
It works perfectly with the Dell Optiplex 3070 micro with 0 issues using the gtx 1080.

Missing parts
I ordered the whole kit which shows the host board, m.2 connector and Oculink adapter but like other reviews have said I only received part of the kit! All I got was the host board and nothing else

En las descripciones pone que si es válido para NVMe pci-express... Lo he conectado como ssd interno y externo por USB y no reconoce nada.

Works great and AMD 9070XT GPU is very sable with this board. Tested on supermicro motherboard with SlimSas->OCuLink cable.

Product works with my gpd win 4 2024, for people struggling to get it to work here's some tips 1. There's a microscopic on and off switch on the board, make sure it's switched on ( i found it after scratching my head for ages ) 2. If you are trying to connect an nvidia card and get code 43 look up nando4 fix You are welcome

I got the 24 pin version. This did what I needed, I used it to connect to a 5090 from an m.2 slot on a laptop. I had to fix the error 43 in the device manager (just google it, there is a script that will do it for you) and then it worked just fine. I also found that I had to keep my laptop's screen on to prevent stutters in games. Its easy to set up. I like the 24 pin version because those cables hold the graphics card up a bit and dampen any rocking. The metal bracket on my 5090 raises up enough that the board doesn't touch the table, but your milage may vary. The board feels high quality. Its stiff and the capacitors etc don't feel like they are about to fall off like other reviews said. The switch works fine for power. My only gripe is that the oculink port cant really be accessed when the graphics card is on it. The port is under the graphics card facing towards the 24 pin connector. This means that to move the laptop you either have to take the graphics card off the board to access the oculink cable, or access the m.2 drive on the laptop to disconnect them. If they just rotated the oculink 90 degrees it would be simple. Anyone with a decent sized PCI card will have this problem; I don't think its a niche thing but I could be wrong.
