Nice and quiet
It’s nice looking, easy to install, it’s nice and quiet, the lighting is nice, and I love the fact that the remote control comes with holder you can attach to the wall. It’s a very nice working fan. Also, there is no wobbling.

WAURZEE FAN UPDATED TO 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I originally wrote the review below in April 2025, after it was posted the company reached out to me and was concerned that I was dissatisfied with the fan and offered send a free replacement, I received the new fan 4 days later, so 5 ⭐️ for customer service!! I finally installed it on 5-10-25 and the new fan works perfectly. I must note that the overall appearance of the new fan is identical to the original but the remote and receiving unit (which I believe was the problem with the original) is not the same that came with the original, whether or not that’s an indication of a problem with the original design I can’t say. In any case I’m happy with the new fan and extremely pleased with their customer support!! So if you’re thinking of purchasing I’m sure you’ll be satisfied, especially if you install it in a timely manner (within the return window) the company stood behind their product even though I was beyond time limit!! RERATED A STRONG BUY! ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW WHICH I UPDATED ABOVE! Wish there was a way to give no stars. So I purchased this fan October 2024 but didn’t get around to installing until April 2025 because I was painting my house and wanted to wait until that was completed. The style of the fan is modern and looks good with the updated paint. The directions and installation were straightforward and easy. Unfortunately after installing and pairing the remote, the fan and light only work randomly. Sometimes the remote doesn’t work at all other times there seems to be a delay. Not sure if it’s the remote or the receiver but in either case this thing is useless if you can’t get it to work when you need it! I’d return it but I’m well beyond the time limit for that. GARBAGE DO NOT BUY!

Great air movement, great price, would buy again.
This is a powerful fan! It’s not heavy, but delivers a lot of air movement. With two fans to install, a professional needed about 95 minutes to complete the job. At this price, I would recommend it to anyone. The first night I used it, we were in the middle of a heatwave (like government-text-warning-level heat), I turned the air conditioning to a higher temperature than usual (68 instead of 65) , turned the fan speed up to three (there are six speeds), and at some point in the night I thought, “why am I so cold?” I recalled the new fan, turned it down to level one, and slept comfortably the rest of the night. For a relatively small ceiling fan, it does an amazing job. Remote control is responsive and easy to understand; light has three color settings and can be dimmed or brightened.

Quiet, good light, good airflow
Overall, these seem to be good units. I got two of them for use in a large room. The fans are very quiet on speeds 1-4. Speeds 5-6 are much more audible, but still not uncomfortably loud and they are also unlikely to be necessary in most cases. The top speeds are really fast. Overall these fans work well and I'd buy it again if I needed another one. No clue as to longevity yet, but I'm hopeful. Pros - Simple installation. Tedious (all fans are tedious in my experience), but pretty easy - Item isn't too heavy - Reasonably low-profile, so they don't make the room feel small/low. I have 7.5' ceilings where I installed them, and they work well and don't feel oppressive or like they lower the ceiling too much. Much of this is courtesy of the flat LED light kit that doesn't protrude down an extra 8"-10" - Neither of mine required any balancing - Light is bright, fades up and down nicely, color temperature is selectable - Fan works well and is quiet - Isn't ugly - Remote control - Reversible for winter use - Has a "memory" function so the state restores to whatever it was when power is returned (switch or after a power failure) - no unexpected "why is this light on" stuff, and so is a good choice for a bedroom. - Item was packaged well and all parts easily survived the rough treatment they got in transport Cons - The remote antenna attached to the transformer is easy to bury in the works during installation, which will make operation finnicky. I had to pull one of my units down and adjust the antenna to get reliable remote operation - The installation manual calls for attaching the transformer to the power side first, and the fan side second. This makes installation much more difficult. I wired in the power lead first, attached the transformer to the fan side (two connectors) before getting on the ladder and *then* connected the single power lead. This simplifies things greatly when you're up on a ladder holding a 10-pound steel can over your head. - It isn't pretty. The plastic shade is the part of this that looks the cheapest. It isn't ugly by any means and I installed two of them and would install more if needed, it's just sort of aesthetically "meh."

Nice, modern fan!
Pros: looks very sleek, remote operated, easy to install, runs quietly Cons: the light isn’t as bright as we would’ve liked for the living room. It has different light options. But none of them are very bright!

Awesome fan, might just buy them for the entire house.
Can't really say anything bad about this fan. I've installed 3 of them in my home so far and they're fantastic. Very quiet, the light output is great, the ability to change the color temperature is awesome as well as the ability to reverse the fan from the remote without having to go up on a ladder and flip a switch is a great touch. The fan blades feel a little cheap (not real wood), but they move a lot of air and are solid. No need to balance anything, no wobbling. I don't really have anything bad to say about them so far, hope they work for a long time. Edit, bought a 4th and will probably buy a 5th to completely replace all my home's current fans with these, since I love the features and the quietness of these fans.

All you hear is the breeze it creates
DC motors are the way to go. No hum at low speeds--or any speed for that matter. Just a quiet breeze. The fans have a nice clean look. We bought three of them; all are installed and working nicely. We like that you can control the color of the lights (from warm to cool) and they are dimmable. In my humble opinion they provide plenty of light, but of course this is subjective. Follow the instructions in the order given and you'll be OK. You have to remove all the fan blade screws and the screws that hold the light board at the start of the install process (yes this is a bit tedious). Before you install the LED light board, plug it in first, then mount it in place. Otherwise it's darn near impossible to plug in the tiny coupling. Once you've assembled the fan and you're ready to use the remote to power it up for the first time, just put the batteries in the remote and start the fan. Don't go through the programming/pairing process in the instructions--the remote and fan should already be paired together at the factory. If you follow the programming instructions, you risk pairing the remote to a fan in an adjacent room, especially if the fans are direct wired (no wall switches) and are on the same circuit so you cannot turn the power off to each fan separately. Been there, done that. Frustrating as heck.

So far, so good…
So far, the fan has been good but it’s currently installed in a nursery that we don’t use just yet. I will say there are 3 things that aren’t ideal: 1. I wish the light was able to be dimmed a little more (as in lowering the light a bit more), 2. The installation was straightforward and easy except fitting the electrical connection box into the spot it’s supposed to go was a bit challenging, and 3. The sleep timer has 1,3, and 6 hours but there is no way for you to know if the timer is on or not. The fan does look quite nice and fits flush against the ceiling. Also, the hook on the motor was a great feature for installation process. If any issues arise in the future when we start using it more, I will come back to update the review.
