Easy to digest

Can be used for sweet or savoury
Makes a great rice pudding cooked as you would porridge on the hob. I used oat milk and a little Demerara sugar served with fresh cooking apples off the tree. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Cover rice with milk bring to boil and then simmer until the rice is soft.

Worth a try
I wanted to buy some flaked rice, but it seems through the summer months supermarkets don’t stock this product. So I bought this. It does cook differently, the flakes are bigger, but it’s a good substitute. I’m pleased I bought this item
