These finger protectors are helping my fingers to heal. I had been using finger cots on my cracked, rough, and thoroughly dry fingers (the result of tire dust at work), but when searching on Amazon for more cots to buy, these protectors popped up as a suggestion. I read the description, and they seemed like a great alternative, so I gave them a try. Very happy I did! They are EASY to put on and take off, WAY more comfortable than cots (no cutting off circulation), durable, and easy to keep clean. I spend my day doing clerical work, and I don't find that these get in the way of my productivity at all, not even when typing. Come in handy when leafing through a stack of papers too! I also like the way that they help the moisture level of the skin underneath them, which combined with applying hand cream first is really helping to heal my very badly damaged fingers. Durability is fantastic. I take them on and off several times a day, and there is no degradation whatsoever. Great product! Highly recommend!

These buddy tape finger straps are comfortable and adjustable, great for supporting injured fingers. However, I noticed that if the straps get wet, the Velcro doesn’t hold as well, and over time they can loosen and lose some durability. Good for short-term use and reusable, just keep them dry.

I have switched exclusively to using these when I cut my fingers, which because I am a woodworker, I do often. The main advantage of these is that they stay on and fully protect the cut from outside pathogens and dirt. I put a small amount of antibacterial lotion on the cut and roll these on. It is simple to leave these on all day and go about your business. I recommend you take them off at night, however, so that your wound gets oxygen. Using these my wounds heal in half the time. They are high quality silicon and can be cleaned with bleach or chlorox cleanup and used again. I also put these in the dishwasher and that works nearly as well.

It helps my finger to heal and keeps them together but I wish they would have different sizes because what fits perfectly at the bottom of my fingers almost slips off at the top of my fingers. I appreciate the stretchiness because your fingers need some air to breathe. Definitely more comfortable than tape. Anyhow, if you wear them for a while and they get wet they will start to smell…

My husband drives an 18 wheeler and drives from Fairbanks Alaska to Prudhoe Bay it’s on the Dalton Haul Road he’s an Ice Road Trucker and that road is harsh and can be very dangerous his hands are always in the cold chaining up and doing repairs just to keep going. The finger splits are so bad he can’t hardly do what he needs to so I order these finger tips and what a difference in just a couple of days I don’t care about the price if it eases the pain and heals them then I will keep ordering this product

Velcro doesn't last a week. Not as soft and flexible as the one I got from the doctor's office.

These are so useful when you have a finger injury. My hospital provided me with two when I hurt myself last year and told me to wear for six weeks. After a week the straps were disgusting so ordered these to replace and they were brilliant . I changed them regularly and after I stopped needing them I keep spares in my bag just in case. Make sure you get the right width as I think there are choices

They didn't suit me. I'm better sticking to tape. Fell off easily. Hospital recommended them for broken finger but they were hopeless.
