Upon arrival item seemed to be of good quality and great value for money. It hadn't been sat on for more than an hour when the seam decided to burst and spew forth a wave of beans. Delightful clean up followed - my thick pile shaggy rug made it all the more joyous. All in all, a complete waste of money. Refund has been requested. Probably worth shopping around or paying a little extra for one which won't give up the ghost midway through - ironically, the first episode of The Haunting of Hill House.

This Beanbag Chair was advertised as having a soft and luxurious feel on which you could relax for hours. Far from it!! I can only assume that the chair we received was overfilled as it was hard and very uncomfortable and not suitable for sitting on for more than 5 minutes. We moved it around into various positions but whenever we sat on it the beans seemed to compact into a firm and extremely hard seat. We imagined sinking into a soft cushion like support but sorry to say it was quite the opposite. A complete waste of money.Loft 25 UK were an extremely unhelpful seller and even though I returned the item using the carrier they are clearly contracted to, for their convenience, they refused to refund the return postage of over 15 pounds as they did not consider the reason for return to be acceptable. I wonder what they would accept! Disgusting customer service.

I absolutely adore these bean bags! They go so well in my room. I'm glad they're quite big. Other customers have said they think they're too overfilled but I wouldn't agree as it really helps just being higher up. I find when I do sit on it (5'6) my knees are up higher so they're not supported but they are comfy. They are also huge! Way bigger than I wanted so I don't think you can improve on support but I think they're amazing for the price. You sound definitely get this.

The advertising for this "Premium Quality Bean Bag" with inner liner is not true. The quality is probably below average and there is no inner liner. All the photos show it with a backrest even with someone sitting in it. There is no support to the backrest so all of the beads fall out of it leaving a shapeless and floppy bit of material. You can see the backrest if you turn it upside down and shake but as soon as you turn it right way up again, you are left with a floppy mess. The delivery boxes are flimsy and cannot be reused once the rain has got to them so cannot return these pathetic excuses for a bean bag.

Had this bean bag about 5 months or so and very comfy to sit in for my gaming to start with , within a couple of weeks the material list a lot of shape to which the company were quick to send me more beads to fill it out , Thankyou . However I’ve now used all the beads and it has last it’s shape so much it can’t be used unless up against a wall for support , very disappointing for a product that only gets used once or twice a week . I unfortunately would not buy this bean bag again if your looking for a durable bag don’t go with this . £50 I paid for this and it’s definitely not worth it .

Good quality bean bag. A bit taller than expected but comfortable.

We use this chair for gaming and just lounging around. Visiting kids seem to love jumping on it! It takes a little bit of shuffling around to get into a comfortable position and we've found that resting the back against a wall helps to give it some stability, but it's been used by adults and children without much mishap. The fabric is very soft. I hoovered it on arrival to get rid of the bits of fluff that were everywhere, but since then it's been fine with no obvious defects.I am close to giving this 5 stars, but both my partner and I feel like it just takes a bit too long to get comfortable on it, though it's fine as an occasional lounging seat (once you finally manage to get settled).

Fab bean bag good quality especially for the price i was really impressed.mine came in a box.The bag inside the bean bag isn’t stitched all the way round.ive just stitched it up so the polystyrene balls don’t go all over.i think they have left a few stitches out just in case you want to add more polystyrene balls to it.i was in two minds to order the bean bag but I’m so glad I did.Arrived in afew days.i would definitely buy again
