Some mixed reviews on Amazon ref this product but I thought I would give it a go.I have a new black metallic car and whilst on holiday in Spain this summer, the car was covered in insects of all descriptions. In desperation I took it to a jet car wash, in my defence it does say in the handbook that carwashes are OK right from the start! However I believe that something was added to the final rinse to aid drying. "Whata mistaka to maka" Even though I dried the car in the shade with a chamois it was covered in round water spots that no amount of subsequent cleaning/polishing would remove.Ultra deep Shine did the job, it was very easy to put on, only do one panel or half the roof or bonnet at the time and try not to get it on the trim! A bit of elbow grease required to get it off but what a difference. The water spots were gone and a beautiful deep shine to the car. I had no residue problems, I think people tend to put to much polish or wax on their cars and then find it difficult to get off and the dreaded residue problems. I finished the job with Meguiars Gold Class wax and now the car is looking better than when it came out of the showroom earlier this year. Highly recommended.

Brings out a deep shine especially on dark paint work and covers small scratches on the paint. Only thing I'd say is apply in small amounts and not on a warm sunny day as if it's left too long it can be hard work to polish off.

I have used Auto Glym before but not the deep shine for the darker colour it is brilliant had some deep as well as light scratches on my black car and it removed them all excellent stuff will be buying again

It may require a bit of elbow grease but the result is brilliant. Some polishes maybe easier to apply but this is really worth the effort and it lasts.
