100 percent recommend!
Slightly salty/medicinal taste to start with, but not in a bad way. Once you’ve had the first couple though you start to get used to it. My energy levels are higher with these and they keep me running for longer (and I usually drink energy drinks to keep me going) I bought these as a better replacement for my own health and honestly would recommend them 100 percent, I’ve just ordered my third tube! They seem to keep me more hydrated than just drinking water alone. They dissolve so well, looking “bitty” but then completely disappearing. I use one tablet in my bottle shown below (about 400mls of water), and I find this works well ratio wise. Slight cherry aftertaste and I will keep on buying!

Rough flavour
Works well as a quick and convenient source of caffeine. Doesn't taste amazing but not horrible either.

Good and easy source of electrolytes
I ordered the variety of Mango, Mixed Berry and Orange. I have only tried the Mixed Berry so far and would recommend using 500ml of water else the flavour is very diluted. If left a while, the aftertaste can be slightly off-putting.Tablets are similar to Rennies (chalky) and easy to break up if needing to be added into a small hole.Lid was easy to use. Looking forward to trying the Orange and Mango.

Great for Hydration & Daily Vitamins 😍
Love the electrolyte tablets because they are a game-changer for hydration and energy. They dissolve easily, taste refreshing (not too sweet), and provide a good mix of electrolytes and vitamins.I use after my workouts and when traveling to the beach. A bit pricier than some alternatives, but the added vitamins make it worth it.

"Perfect After a Workout"
Phizz makes staying hydrated so much easier with its effervescent tablets. The variety of vitamins and minerals is a huge plus for overall health.

Tastes awful!
These are vile. They don’t even taste like cherry. The High 5 brand are much nicer.

Caffiene version tastes weak
I like the non-caffiene Phizz flavours, but the caffiene version is a struggle to drink.
