Perfect for displaying two IDs.
I am required to display both my California ID and work ID while at work, and this makes it easy. I ordered one about 3 years ago, and it worked great, however during the summer months, and the heat of being in my pockets, some of the color from my IDs had bled onto the plastic covering. It wasn't bad enough to bug, but after 3 years of daily use, it was starting to look raggedy. It hadn't torn, but the leather had turned grayer and the ink on the plastic started to become too noticeable. So for 5.99, I bought another, and in the few months I've used this I haven't had any ink bleeding, and the leather is still perfect and looks brand new. It also holds many cards in each slot, so you can keep your important cards with you, especially if you don't want to keep it in your wallet.

The Wallet I Used for 10 Years
I bought this to use in college for showing my student ID and bus pass conveniently. Started putting a few other essentials in there. Next thing I know it's been 10 years and this has been my DAILY wallet since 2013. Yeah it's falling apart a little. Yeah there's some scotch tape holding it together. I don't care. This is the best wallet. Two pockets, no nonsense. No gimmicks no bells and whistles. It's the thinnest wallet I can find. I have been searching for a replacement for years and nothing comes close. Fancy wallets for $50-100 dollars or more claim to be thin and minimal. No. THIS. This is thin an minimal. And boy let me tell you it LASTED. I lost this thing in the snow in a truck stop in Utah one time. A month later a trucker found it when the snow melted and mailed it back to me. It lasted another 7 years after that. Godspeed to that trucker. This wallet can hold over 12 cards and cash no problem. I use one side for IDs and "information" cards and the other side for "money" cards and cash. Boom. Perfect. Fits in a back pocket, fits in my smallest purses. It's finally falling apart so much I think I have to replace it. And you know what? I guess I might as well just replace it with the same damn thing cause nothing else is really going to give me what I want. I ordered $50 bellroy "slim" wallet and pshhhhh. No. Gimme this one. I bought for $11 in 2013. Now that is value.

Leather Dual ID Holder
I couldn't believe how difficult it was to find a simple dual ID holder. I could find many wallets with one built in but I didn't want that. I wanted one to simply hold my DL & CHL. This one is perfect, especially for the price! I can carry it in my pocket at all times so that when I leave the house, such as for a walk, I don't have to carry my fat wallet. Many other dual ID holders were available WITH a badge but I'm not a LEO and didn't want to falsely give the impression that I was one. It seems well-built (only used for a few weeks) and it must be real leather because it has that "leather" smell.I'd recommend this to anyone in need of a simple holder for two ID's. However, you could also easily slip a debit or credit card behind each ID and it not be very thick.

Good Value
I started purchasing these id holders a few years ago when I developed fat wallet syndrome. I carried a tri-fold wallet in my back pocket with every card you can imagine and started to get pain in my buttock and leg. My doctor told me to stop carrying that around and get something that would fit in my front pocket. I found this carrier and decided to give it a try. It nicely fits my driver’s license, work id, insurance card, roadside assistance card and a selection of credit cards. What more do you need? I have not missed all the other assorted items. One comment was about how long it lasts. I do need to replace it between every eight to twelve months but for the price who really cares? The place where it usually fails is the inside corner where the plastic adheres to the material due to repeatedly pulling out an ID. If you are only displaying your ID and not removing it over and over I would imagine it will last longer. It looks good and is very utilitarian. Overall I am happy with my purchase and my buttocks is really happy not to be sitting on a three inch thick lump.

Good look & feel
I have purchased wallets in the store before simply to get the ID holder inside. I put all my cards & cash in this & put the wallet aside. The smaller profile is easier to use. This ID holder just makes my life easier. It is slightly larger than the wallet ones I have gotten before but not by too much.It is good quality & has held up well for the last 6 months of daily use.I keep a few credit cards, my drivers license, work door scan badge, medical info cards & some cash in there. It makes for a much smaller outline on pants pockets & streamlines everything form. Unless you need a larger wallet to carry every receipt you've gotten this week, I'd go with one of these guys.

Plus and HUGE minusES!
Updated January 2021...:This thing is garbage. While the "Leather" was nicer, the plastic "film" used and the method of attachment are brittle and cheaply done, so that in only two months, it is rendered useless!!!!DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!OTHERS ARE AVAILABLE AT SIMILAR PRICE AND LOOK WHICH LASTED ME YEARS BEFORE.It was not what I expected, BUT it was nice leather, and softer, while those features also made it larger in my pocket so... good and bad for a guy who wants a simple, small holder for 4-8 cards with no "pocket lump"So,high Mark's for "nicer than I expected"Low Mark's for larger in my pocket...AND no holes in plastic windows to make card removal easier (feature available on other models sold at similar 6.80-7.00 range..)
