Im using Pop os and it worked out of the box without issue. I have only played Helldivers 2 thus far, but I'm getting 45-60 fps on a 34in 1440p resolution screen. Seems about right for the price, I'm happy with it.

Given inflation yes $270 for a video card is a budget card. Performs as good as you would expect for the price and when FRS 3 comes out it will be even better. I have it paired with a Ryzen 5800x with 32gbs of 3600mgz ram. Plays every game at 1080 max settings no problem. Plays most games at max or high settings at 1440 ultra wide at playable fps. I play world of warships at 4k max settings around 75 fps. The only con is it is not a 2 slot card. You can not put another card in the slot right under this card it will touch. Otherwise great purchase and my 15th sapphire video card since I started buying them when Crysis came out. And yes it will play Crysis remastered at max settings in 1440 at 75fps

I dont know what happened to the person who left the first review, but my card displays correctly in all programs, including gpu-z.Software makes it simple to undervolt and overclock gpu as well as vram. Only thing I advise is tuning the fan curve yourself, it is pretty bad by default. The 7600 is about 26% faster than the 6600 at 1080p. I was able to get to it for $245, which made the performance per $ over the $200 6600 worth it.Only con is the 8 gigs of vram, pc developers are lazy as hell. The more unoptimized, the more vram you are going to need.As long as you go in knowing you are going to get a great 1080p experience as well as a good 1440p experience dependant on settings, this card is great. If you expect this thing to perform at 4k, look elsewhere.

Still not sure how GPUs got so dang expensive these days but here we are. Works fine for my purposes (light gaming and basic 3D render work).

Mine stated up and was recognized immediately. Working fine. Haven’t pressed it hard yet but so far no issue. Maybe you need a windows update as well as update drivers?
