Great GF flour
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love King Arthur products, so I wanted to give this a try. I’ve used it a lot since purchasing and found that it works great for gluten free breads and pizza. I would definitely recommend Baking ability:Works well for pizza and bread, the texture is pretty good for being gluten free, I was happily surprised

Great Gluten-Free Flour
This bread flour works perfectly for my gluten-free baking! Quality bread making flour
The best flour for making my gluten free sourdough bread or artisan bread in my dutch oven! I watched several tutorials on youtube and then got this flour. The bread from this is really good, so soft and easy to make and slice. The quality of the flour is good, as is the nice resealable bag - thank you. The flour is the right amount for making 2 loaves of sourdough and for a week of feeding 3 small sourdough starter containers daily. The bread taste is very nice - perfect dense thickness, texture is so much like regular bread - and the scent of it fills our home wonderfully. This bread rises well - though I do add quick active yeast to it and warm water in a mixer. I follow a couple of people on youtube that use this brand, and it works well.

Love this flour!
This flour is fantastic! Let's face it - being gluten free is not always fun. Trying to make gluten free food can be even less fun. IYKYK...But after trying this flour to make bread I couldn't believe how good it was! I made bagels today and they tasted like "real" bagels!I highly recommend buying this to make bread, bagels, etc. Trust me - it's worth the price.

Expensive, but this is the best gluten free flour around!
This is the best company to use for gluten free flour in general! I have tried several gluten free flours and this brand is for sure the best, so I knew when I wanted to start making sourdough I would be using this! The flour doesn't clump together and stays soft. The bags are smaller, so you pay a little more for the amount than I think you should have to, but otherwise I have no complaints!

There is wheat in it but no gluten
I'm gluten and wheat free so I didn't want to chance using this. However a friend with celiacs said it was fine. I made her bread and she had no problems with it. (There is wheat in it that they removed the gluten from. I'm not escarmiento sure how that works, but the bread looks and smells great from what I could tell.

I use this blend in my bakery for any yeasted dough. Works great and customers very happy with taste and texture.

Great product for gluten-free bread
I only use King Arthur for my gluten-free products. This bread flour did not disappoint. The recipe on the back was better than the one that came with my bread maker. Highly recommend!
