This curtain surpassed my expectations. I was just looking for something to make this room less hot in the afternoons and dress up a lot of blank wall space. This curtain WORKS. It keeps the light out, even in the afternoon sun. My window is 36" so I made the curtain rod an extra 6" on each side and bought wide panels to make sure there would be no light gap on the sides.The room-facing side looks like a nice woven fabric while the back has a sort of rubbery feeling coating. The wide rod loops make chunky pleats similar to grommet curtains, but without the hideous grommets. These curtains give the room a soft and casually elegant look.

We got these for visiting family members. Our daughter likes to have the room dark when she puts the baby down for a nap. We bought extra panels to make sure the windows were covered fully. The curtains work REALLY well! The room gets completely dark - almost too much so. The fabric looks nice, and the price was great. If you work nights and need a darkened room for sleeping during daytime, I think these would be ideal. If you need complete darkness, buy extra panels and allow a generous amount of curtain length below the window sill.

Really nice and thick. I wish I would’ve bought a second set when they were on sale. They are light blocking and look great!

Decided to keep my curtains. I liked the fabric so I had my handyman help me in putting it up higher so I could keep it.It was a good choice to keep them and use it. I am enjoying its durability of blackout and keeping our room cool.Thank You

Beautiful light blocking curtain. Not real heavy. I like the loops for the curtain rod. The curtain hangs nicely and looks expensive. The color is exactly as pictured. I ordered a little more than 1 1/2 times the width of the window and it fits nicely.

These curtains work amazing at blocking out light. I ordered the wrong length so I have to return them but when I measure my windows again I will be ordering another one of these in the correct length. I bought other ones that were longer but they did not block out light as well as these did so definitely sticking with these. If you need blackout curtains these do not disappoint
