Amazing Product
I highly recommend. Love it! It’s a Great Underseat Bag. Perfect size for underseat placement. It looks sturdy and well made. This is a cute bag that protects my laptop and allows me to carry extra clothes. The wheels rolled smoothly and the retractable handle worked without problems. Some of the overhead bins are designed for very small luggage.

Contacted by the seller
I was contacted by the seller and offered a refund. He was extremely apologetic and understood the issue. I was given a spare handle and an instructional video to get the problem fixed. That being said product quality is ok but need to be more sturdy. Upgrading my review after talking to their team who have been very helpful.
