Really good tape, have ylused for a while to help with small meniscus tear,have used in past for ankles too. Have worked great for both.

I started using kinesiology tape a year ago after being recommended it to assist with the plantar fasciitis and plantar fibromatosis that I have in my right foot. Not the best issues to have if you are going on a holiday where there is going to be loads and loads of walking - anyone who has been to Disneyworld will know what I mean. So after chatting to a few people in the know, it seemed like KT tape was the way to go. So when in Florida, I went to a running shop and to Walmart to get a stock of tape. After a search of the internet, it seemed that "KT tape" was the best manufacturer and both shops had an abundance of that make. A search of youtube will get you loads of videos on how to best put the strips on and I did find that it helped me against the days when I didn't put the tape on. However, when I returned home to look for further purchases of the tape, I found that KT tape was a lot more expensive that in the US. So when I finally did run out, I came on Amazon to look for a cheaper alternative. I then found this item with three rolls for the price of one of the KT tape. I bought the blue coloured tape and it arrived in a cardboard tube as can be seen on the photo. The pattern on the tape is quite striking and is also a good indicator for how much stretch you are putting into the tape. Initial reaction to the tape was that it was thinner than the previous KT tape that I had used, but I have to say that it feels like it gives much more support than KT tape. It tends to stick for a good three to five days as the manufacturers claim and it has stayed in place during and after showering. I have found that sometimes a corner will come loose, but snipping it off with scissors means that the rest of the strip won't follow. I'm very pleased with the tape and if the price stays the same for the three rolls, I'll definitely be returning for more. I certainly recommend this tape over more expensive options. I've used this tape before, although another brand, and was impressed with how effective it is, I bought this product as run out, this product arrived promptly, love the pattern, and it's precut , so no messing about getting the length right and rounding off the edges, after a nasty fall and injuring my knee this product gives it the support it needs, whilst allowing me to walk better than I would without it, and so far it's been on 4 days and no signs of coming away which is great. Very happy with product and would definitely be buying this product again.

My daughters play junior county level netball and after suffering from knee strain this was used / recommended by the coaches. It made a huge difference during a whole day tournament and didn't peel or crinkle over 6 hours. Made the mistake of previously buying cheaper cut your own standard rolls, ok for training but a real pain and would say to anyone to get the precut, it does exactly what you need it to with no fuss and is a higher quality. Highly recommend to anyone.

I bought this after trying other competitors and having problems with cheaper versions. I've been using KT tape for a while to give support to a foot problem. I've used it twice now and whilst the tape looks good, is very stretchy and bonds to skin initially, after a couple of miles running I can feel it de-bonding and slipping. Could do with a stronger adhesive. I'll persevere but may have to go back to the more expensive version.

I was quite sceptical about buying tape but I've tried everything else to get back running! I recieved my order very quickly watched a you tube video about putting the tape on that was 4 short runs ago and I'm pain free don't know if it's the placebo effect but so far so Good!

I've used Kinesiology tape for a couple years now for a few different injuries and it does help! But this particular tape is the worst I've used. I bought it for value but it's not better value as you have to reapply so often due it coming off so easily!

I would say this compares really close to K-tape. The stretch is good, adhesion is good as well. I use it for planters fasciitis and it works just as well as the K-tape and about half the cost. I have ordered a second tube.
