For the Cher fan, or for those who are not too familiar with her work, this box set will be perfect for you! This originally was released first in the U.K. in 1995 by Warner U.K., and then was released in the U.S. The European version included more songs with much better quality and content. That version is what's used for this update of one of Cher's best albums. The remastering was done magnificently!! Her voice is crystal clear, and there is NO autotune ! I am thrilled that this was finally released in vinyl for the very first time..... and the 4 albums come in 4 different colors. Red, blue, green, and yellow. These songs truly show off Cher's ability to sing in different styles of music. Cher sings a total of 14 great songs, and there is also a separate album containing 11 remixes of her hit songs that include "One By One", "The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore", "Walking In Memphis", and Paradise Is Here". So for those who enjoy club music, these remixes are definitely for you ! Also included in this box set is a numbered lithograph. Cher looks amazing in it! See the above photo. It’s amazing to not only have this record on vinyl finally but also it is a major plus that this is housed in a fabulous box set!!! The colors fit the mood of the album immaculately. The pressing quality overall is perfect! My only critique on the box set is that I wish they had included tracks previously unreleased that were meant for this album instead of multiple remixes of the same songs. However I am willing to overlook this due to it being a flawless release in every other sense! This release should be at the top of your list to purchase, while it is still on sale for retail as I’m sure down the road it will go for quite a pretty penny on Discogs or EBay. Really hoping we get a Living Proof and Not.Com.mercial pressing soon as well for us Cher Completists!

Awesome remixes get up and dance !

I grew up hearing the 11 track Reprise version up until I was an adult. I finally discovered the original album and loved it too. Both versions have gotten heavy play with me into my adult years and have aged very well.I didn’t bother with the vinyl box set, colored vinyl doesn’t last as long with wear being evident with fewer plays. I’m waiting for the black vinyl release. As for the CD, you have to have it. The sound quality is pristine. I put disc 1 in my original case as the picture quality is horrible on the new release.My big compliant is that 4 of the 5 US mixes are missing. I heard the US album edit on the radio as a kid, being the second and final single in the United States. I remember the American dance version getting heavy play on the radio, more than One By One. It was promoted in the United States in certain regions. Not including the Reprise version of Paradise is Here is just appalling and an insult to the history of this album.They used the spine on the old USA case and put it on this one, but can’t include the all tracks. Both versions of the album are essential to any collection, this should have been a 3 disc set even if some were repeats. It’s like needing to have both versions of the white album or sgt pepper! (Mono + Stereo)

Long wait to obtain these songs on vinyl very excited!!My 4 stars and not five is based the the vinyl itself is slightly warped. Doesn’t seem to affect the sound and off speed.Excited slightly disappointed!Definitely an album to add to collection

I am reviewing this for the seller and the Album itself. I first heard "Walking in Memphis" and "The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore" on an X Files episode and I fell in love with the songs!! I looked for the songs on iTunes but they didn't have the songs. So, I came on Amazon to see if I could get the Album on disc for a low price.First off, I really like the album. It has a great tune and I especially love Walking in Memphis! I listen to it all the time! I am planning to upload this whole album to my iPod. It's a shame that this album never got popular enough to get on iTunes. But it has pretty great reviews.The seller was great. I got the album for a low price and had no trouble. The shipping was fast and the item came as described. In fact, the disc came in even better condition than I expected! I got it used and it was in great condition. I will be buying from this seller again if I ever come across an item that I may want from them! :) I am very satisfied with the over all experience.

My mother is a huge Cher fan and recently began dropping hints that she would like the new Cher album expected to be released during Christmas time. While on Amazon looking for the pre-order, I also came across this album and thought it would also be a great surprise to add to the collection and bring more joy to her world as this remake has some unreleased tracks from an older album and figured it would be worth it as my mom had many Sonny & Cher records and 8-tracks back when I was a kid and I do believe most, if not all, are no longer in her possession as the old 8-track / record player broke and she discarded it. Hopefully, the the remade soundtrack on compact disc will bring some of that joy back into her life.
