Confusing instructions how to pray this chaplet

La primera coronilla me gustó mucho. Pero al comprar la 2ª vez no llegó la medalla de San Miguel grande si no pequeña. La primera mide casi los 4 cm y se distinguen las figuras , la segunda es un poco menos de 2 cm y las figuras no se distinguen.

The prayer beads are just what I wanted. The prayer card that came with it is totally inadequate.
