These capsules hit hard!! Took just one capsule while I was on my lunch break at work and in 20 mins I started to feel it kick in. Crazy mood boost. Crazy energy and very real sense of overall well being. JUST ONE PILL! I normally take pre workouts like crack reloaded,5150, el jefe neuro, and ommi so I'm no beginner when it comes to alpha yo. But this right here...this right here! Hit just as hard if not harder! I'm so glad I only took one hahahaha. If I would have taken two lord help me I would have been ON ONE HOMIEE! I got this during prime days so I paid just about $22 for 60. For me I won't go more than one cap so this will last me for MONTHS! Great hitter! Just get it.

It works very well

It gave me energy boost for cardio (stationary bike). Plus lifted it up my mood, and slight energy through out the day, seeing as I am drained from exercising. However, I do have insomnia after. I think its the cause, I am not sure. I get restless foot and hand, and melatonin hasn't been as effective. Perhaps this capsule is still giving me energy while sleeping?

Holy cow! My experience was very similar to JHerb116‘s. For those of us that know what precipitated withdrawal from opiates is like, it’s awful and scary as hell! Idk why or how this product mimics such a whole day in hell but it does, for me at least. I only took one the first day and my skin crawled hot and cold flashes and dilated pupils but I didn’t correlate symptoms with psycho pharma and made the mistake of taking two the next morning. BIG MISTAKE!!! I certainly put it together at that point. Yikes!

Love this product! When you need a get up and go, it gives you extreme energy without the jitters

I have tried the same companies pre workout powders and they do not hold a candle to this plus stain your teeth so this only thing I use but unfortunately has not been available for awhile and will not use the powder again but this particular product is great . I take one an hour before working out , I would not take it at night just in case you work out at night .

This supplement had a negative effect on me, after 90 minutes I got the shakes big time, plus my heart started pounding like crazy. I took it mid-afternoon (away from my morning coffee at 6am) and I wasn't able to sleep that night. Way too strong for me (225 lbs, 6'.) I have taken other caffeine products in the past without issues.
