Best knee icing available on the market
literally the best thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon. I was spending $125 a week on a fancy electric cold compression machine. I should’ve just bought one of these, which I did after many weeks. Well-made and adjustable compression, two packs of freezing material so one is always available. First class.

Great to help support knee and other joint/muscle recovery
This RE3 Ice Compression Pack for Knee, Arm & Leg - Powerful & Effective Cold Compression Cryotherapy Wrap for Chronic Pain, Tendinitis, Sports Injury, Swelling - 2 x Ice Core Blankets - Extra Length is great for knees/legs. I find it a bit large for use on the arms when strapped on but I can still use the ice packs just laying on the spot. The straps are easy to adjust and once I've gotten it to the correct tightness level, it seems to work well. I really appreciate that they include two ice packs so I can use one and have the other prepping in the freezer if I want.

Serious cold therapy for knee and other body joints
I have been using this ice compression wrap on my knee and arm. The wrap is easy to apply, fits well, and quickly numbs the joint to the point where I can no longer feel the cold in less than 10 minutes. Very comfortable to wear where I can keep this on for 30-45 minutes or more. When I remove the wrap the ice packs are still freezing cold and my joint is numb and very cold -- highly effective cold therapy to reduce swelling and inflammation. This wrap is premium priced.

Amazing product, but inconsistent I guess.
I bought two of these at different times. One was perfect. The second had straps so short it won’t go around my leg ! What gives?? Perfect for icing after a knee replacement. So much better than the ice machine contraption. Easy to keep in freezer and insert into the sleeve. Highly recommend. It’s pricy but worth it.

I got this to help me recover from a total knee replacement surgery. I was on the fence about purchasing it as it is expensive and wasn’t sure whether I should invest in an ice machine instead. Well I chose this, and I’m glad I did, because you get what you pay for and it’s very high quality. I used an ice machine whilst I was in hospital and when i returned home friends offered to lend me their ice machine but I turned it down because this was doing the job fine plus I wasn’t allowed to drive so couldn’t go and buy bags of ice. I know that people just rotated mini frozen water bottles in their ice machine, but I didn’t have any of those on hand either so chose to just stick with this. Plus, it’s portable too - so if going for a day trip in the car you can take the ice packs in an esky and use when leg gets fatigued. It stays cold for for ages!! In fact it’s initially too cold!! I needed to leave it out on the kitchen bench for about 20 mins before it was a temperature I could tolerate. It’s really convenient to have two ice packs so that they can be easily rotated. I got the extra large size because I figured bigger is better plus I have footballers legs so needed as much coverage as I could get and it fits me fine. I like that I can also swap the ice packs out for heat packs if I wanted to. I haven’t tried this yet but it shouldn’t be an issue. I highly recommend.

Purchased for my wife to help recovery from knee replacement. Easy to use and provides great pain relief and reduction in swelling.

This unit is wonderful. Just had a knee replacement. I purchased with 2 ice packs to ensure I had one on and one in freezer. The only possible issue is it slipping down whilst trying to walk and that you may need a t towel on skin as it can be too cold to tolerate near site wound

Dislocated my knee and had to get physio a pre and post ACL replacement surgery. This makes icing easy , especially when I need it in bed in middle of the night. Good way to get relief without having to take pain killers.Can fall asleep with it on and not worry about leaking. Good quality and now use it as an icepack for almost any area. My daughter lays it over her abdomen to help with cramps. Would highly recommend.
