Q: i'm 5'4 125 pounds, if i get the small will it be like regular size or still big? i'd usually get a medium but this looks huge.

It is huge. My son is 5ft. I have washed it several times and it's still huge. Most likely it will fit u perfect.

I’m not sure about that, but my daughter weighed around 120 and she wanted a medium, and it was way too big on her. It was an adult medium, so we thought it would fit, but it swallowed her lol
