Gave to my co worker she loved it

I’m a little disappointed in the color. The front part looks as shown in the picture, but the back is completely hot pink I did not get that from the picture. Why is the cup is sturdy as are all Starbucks tumblers? I love collecting these are so beautiful they were great. I use them daily to make sure that I drink enough water.

Bought as a gift. The cup is very pretty. Silver prism on one side with an ombré of pink prism on opposite side. Would have like to purchase the shorter one in this color, I didn't pay attention to the size. My fault

Package lost, no help from seller

I absolutely love this tumbler, but unfortunately, mine arrived chipped in one spot. I ordered a second for my mom, and hers arrived in excellent condition, and also fully wrapped, so I'm wondering if mine was returned possibly. Looks exactly like the picture, though.
