Used this to make rum n chocolate ice cream.Added one dessert spoonful of this essence in 3 stages, testing and tasting but still no taste of rum!That was a lot of expensive essence.Over time, the taste of rum did not develop in anywayI have also purchased the coffee essence and can assure you it’s the same.Waste of money!

As an addition to flavouring your bait, this goes well as another attractant. I have mainly used it to add extra "Oooomph" to spod mixes & methosd feeder mixes. The flavouring is very strong, so not a lot is required to give bait a kick start, but it also takes a while to soak in to the mix. I usually soak & boil my seed mix, then, after it's strained & cooling down, I add the flavouring. This gives it time to be absorbed into the mix, so by the time I'm bankside, the flavour has permiated all the seeds. I purchased the Chilli flavour, but many more flavours are available.On the down side, it's never going to be as strong or realistic as the real thing (chilli flakes, etc), but as an extra boost to your bait mixes, this is really handy to have in your recipe box.

ClassiKool, I never even knew how good they were and I am an artisan chocolate maker! well take it from me the strawberry flavouring is delicious, I used it to make valentines chocolates for a client. I have used different flavourings before where I have had to use quite a substantial amount and the end product tastes, well... less than good enough shall we say. this product has great reviews so I took a chance and I was not disappointed, the flavour is intense and tastes just like the freshest summer sweet strawberry....but like an actual strawberry! I can not stress enough how much money this company is going to save me in a year, I tried a cap full in a litre of melted chocolate because you cant take the flavour out once you put it in so a little at a time until the required flavour is achieved, well one cap was plenty this product is incredible, the price is fantastic to say that one little bottle will do at least 10 batches I am blown away....you have definitely got yourselves a repeat customer in me! cake makers, cup cake makers chocolatiers....ClassiKool is the one!!!!

Unfortunately I already had this one and was looking for more of a black grape/grape soda flavour. As a product it provides good concentrated flavour snd value for money

Awful taste , tried using in rum to create rhubarb and ginger rum , tastes toxic

Positive Feedback: All in all, a great product - thank you. Flavours are vibrant and fresh and really work well. Tried Banana, Vanilla and Cherry so far. Great!Neutral Feedback: There is certainly a very faint smell of a chemical-based substance in the bottles. This was upon opening for the first time and was detected in all 10 bottles. A quick shake and I left them open for 2 minutes. When I came to actually use them a few days later, there were no chemical smells.

The flavour was good but a little strong although I only used 1tspn, next time I will use less, directions for use on bottle would be useful.
