This is my second set left the first set at my man's house and suspect he took them to work or his mom decided she liked them. 🤣 They stay put for the most part even with my especially when riding my horse. They fit comfortably with my helmet. I don't normally ride with two because I like to be able to hear surrounding sounds. They last a long time, days of standby, at least a whole day of audiobook, music and volume may very. I generally forget I have them due to the lightweight, (but heavy enough to not slip out during galloping or my horses tantrums. The only time I notice them in is if I'm having a bad TMJ symptom day. Anything around or in my ear will irritate. The only thing that stops this is the bone conduction headphones. Which warning I had to wear those for short periods while laying down at first, they gave me vertigo! The vibrations of the little hairs in your ears can do crazy things to your body! Lol I did learn to lol them. They were too expensive for how short of a lifespan they had.These headphones have a fantastic price for all the qualities and even though I only had them a few months I felt it was worth the money to get a second pair! I love that they are waterproof being around the horses. I have one that is notorious for grabbing my earbuds especially if they have a wire. So them finding a mud puddle or water bucket wouldn't be hard.

When I first tried these earbuds, I was unimpressed by the bass response, but changing the ear tips from medium to large improved the bass a lot. There must have been a sound leak around the ear tips. I am quite satisfied now.I accidentally placed the case on the wireless charger for my phone. The external LED lit up to tell me it was charging.I have a minor niggle with the external LED. In most devices, the LED will turn off after the battery reaches 100% charge. This LED stays on as long as external power is provided from either the wireless charger or the USB cable. It is not bad, it is just different. The percentage charge state is provided by the numeric display on the inside so charge status is available.I needed a Bluetooth headset without a microphone. I have a separate remote microphone (does not use Bluetooth) when I need it. This headset is a good bargain for the money.

I purchased a set of these in July of 2024, it’s now April of 2025 and the units themselves work, but won’t sync together. So I can only use them one at a time. I really enjoyed them for the 9 months they worked correctly. The only reason for the 3 stars is they did work great for 9 months. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service and no response. Also tried resetting them via support’s recommended instructions and still not working.After looking in depth to fix them, Reddit has numerous amounts of others with this same problem.Edit after customer service called me back(5/1/25) - the customer service department did end up calling me back. After 15-20 minutes of doing diligence, they issued me a new pair. Should be arriving in about 10 days. The service was great. I will move it from a 3 to a 4, due to them issuing me a recovery pair.

These were the third set of earbuds I've bought. The previous two were different brands. One was name brand that I got at Walmart. It lasted for a while but almost daily the connection would drop. The second no-name-made-in-China pair I bought stopped working after a few months. But THIS pair has been great! The only problem I had was when I tried cleaning the right one improperly. It stopped working. I called their customer service number and they walked me through trying to get them working correctly again. I was up-front that I probably broke it when I tried to clean ear wax from it with a Q-tip. That was almost 9 MONTHS after I bought them and they sent me a new pair free even though it was 9 months after purchase and they probably failed because of my incorrect attempt to clean them!
